Participación
Existen tres modalidades de participación en el Congreso:
– Comunicación invitada.- serán aquellos trabajos de investigación seleccionados previamente y comunicados por la organización, y se reservarán bloques de 40 minutos de duración, para la presentación y el diálogo posterior.
– Comunicación.- se podrán presentar todos los trabajos cuya temática tenga relación con el objeto del Congreso. Habrá una fase de presentación de abstracts, y una fase de presentación del documento final de debate. Dependiendo del número de comunicaciones recibidas, se establecerán sesiones
de exposición y debate.
– Asistencia.- se podrá asistir al Congreso y participar en los debates, talleres y actividades, sin necesidad de aportar comunicación o estudio previo. Se expedirá certificado de asistencia.
Los abstracts y las comunicaciones serán revisados por el Comité Científico del Congreso, mediante el sistema de revisión por pares garantizando la confidencialidad y anonimato de los proponentes. Una vez revisados, en ambos casos, se comunicará a los proponentes la: aceptación, no aceptación, o aceptación con modificaciones.
Participation
There are three ways to participate in the Congress:
– Invited Communication. Those research papers previously selected by the Programme Committee, which presentation time of 40 minutes, and the subsequent dialogue.
– Communication. Research papers whose theme is related to the subject of congress may be submitted for review within the time limits. There will be a presentation of abstracts phase and, after acceptance, a phase of submission of the final discussion paper. Depending on the number of submissions received, presentation and discussion sessions will be established.
– Assistance. Anyone interested in the theme of the congress can register in to attend and participate in discussions, workshops and activities, without providing communication or previous study. Certificate of attendance will be issued.
Abstracts and papers will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee of Congress, preserving the anonymity of the authors. Once reviewed, in both cases, proponents will contact the: acceptance, non-acceptance, or approval with modifications.
